THE TARGET DEMOGRAPHICS and AREA’S

– In order to meet the demographic AND Geographic demands of the Tiny Home Sector, it is important to consider both ends of the spectrum. Pre-retirees in their late 40s early 50s interested in creating an active outdoor lifestyle and millennials who have fewer resources and often work remotely. There will be the third demographic of retirees who can no longer afford proper housing and are downsizing into more of an affordable situation like this.

A specific proprietary method was developed to identify sectors that corresponded to the availability of outdoor activities, high tourist areas, quality of living, low crime rate, weather, increase in population, economic stability, proximity to outdoor activities, mountain activities, and temperate climate.

Prime sectors were then chosen throughout the Appalachian Mountain chain. This area includes 7 states: North Carolin, South Carolina, Tenessee, N. Georgia, Virgian, Kentucky and West Virginia [/pl_text]

Growth

The growth in this area of Western, NC of course follows all major corridors and is slated as one of the fasest growning most stable economies. This property has the unique advantage of being equal distance in a northerly direction from Asheville as is Hendersonville’s distance on the Southerly corridor.  Hendersonville is well established and therefore this will force much of the growth potential North past Ashville, NC since there is a sever traffic problem heading south and that corridor is becoming overbuilt.

Whereas the northerly corridor through Marshall is established with plenty of capacity for future growth. Located in Madison Co. which has much more lenient easements and land use requirements. This as opposed to the restrictions in Buncombe county, just 30 min. south and the seat of Asheville, NC.
