Joseph has also pursued a career in psychology and was awarded a master’s in clinical and integrative psychology in 1996. He practiced as the primary mental health consultant for large corporate healthcare systems, privately and with residential wilderness therapies. After 10 years in various capacities, Joseph was offered an executive sous chef position at a top restaurant near Zion National Park, Utah. This started a career back in the culinary business as a professional chef and manager. He returned to Atlanta and has been involved in hospitality and culinary management since. Because of Joseph’s involvement with his family businesses, he has over 25 years’ experience in hospitality. Raised on farmland in a rural upstate New York setting, Joseph has been involved in the management of his family businesses throughout his life, including real estate development, RV park management, and large-scale hospitality operations.
